This page covers Floggr's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. Floggr ("we", "us", "our") is operated as a UK sole trader. By using floggr.co.uk and the Floggr service ("the Service") you agree to the following.
Floggr uses AI to generate draft second-hand marketplace listings (titles, descriptions, hashtags) and suggested prices, based on item details you provide. It is a writing and pricing aid — the final listing and price are your responsibility.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
Floggr offers a limited number of free listings. Continued use beyond the free allowance requires a paid subscription (currently £2.99/month). Prices may change with reasonable notice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel any time via the Account panel. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Because the Service is digital and used immediately, refunds are at our discretion and generally not provided for partial periods, except where required by UK consumer law.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: using it for unlawful items or listings, attempting to break or overload the system, scraping, reselling access, or generating content that is illegal, infringing or deceptive.
We aim to keep Floggr available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floggr is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of profit, sales, earnings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We collect only what's needed to run the Service:
We do not see or store your card details — all payments are handled securely by Stripe.
To provide the Service, manage your account and subscription, respond to support requests, and keep the Service secure. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it except with the providers below who help run Floggr.
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To do so, email floggrunlimited@gmail.com. You can also close your account at any time.
We keep your account data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
Descriptions, titles and hashtags are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every listing before you post it, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and complies with the rules of the platform you post to.
Suggested prices are estimates only, based on the details you enter — not valuations. They may not reflect current market conditions. Always check recent sold listings for similar items before setting your price. We are not responsible for items selling for more or less than suggested, or not selling at all.
Floggr does not guarantee any sales, income, or particular outcome. Results depend on your items, pricing, photos, and the marketplace.
Floggr is independent and not affiliated with Vinted, Depop, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, or any marketplace. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for anything that happens on them, including account actions, disputes, or sales.
